"I wish I could give 6 stars! The entire staff at Ralph Brennan Catering (and Melissa Ursin, in particular) was amazing when it came to our wedding. From the food to the coordination and organization, everything was perfect. My now-husband and I were impressed from the beginning by the tasting and the way it was set up. Because my husband is French, he had high expectations about the quality of food and was super happy when his French guests told him that the food was the best that they ever had at a wedding (and they really meant it).
Melissa went above and beyond so many times. One major example was when we had an issue with our first venue about 3.5 weeks before the wedding. Melissa and her manager, Gail, stepped in, called everyone they knew, and found us our beautiful new venue at the Opera Guild Home. Melissa even took a video of the new venue (we are out of towners), so that we didn't have to agree to the venue sight unseen. They were able to adjust to the new situation and time painlessly and flawlessly. We will be forever grateful to them for their help in that scenario! Thank you so much, Melissa! You are wonderful!"

Beef fantastic, only few slices left over, fish was delicious & had to chase kids away from chocolate covered strawberries so we the adults could eat them all - LOL!
